The Shazbotdom Imperial Space Administration's Celestial Body Research Division authorized the creation of a type of Rover that can be launched and landed on celestial bodies outside of Earth's Atmosphere. It was with this that the contract for the design was awarded to the Aerospace Department at New Hawthorne Technical University. Ph.D students as well as several Adjunct and Tenured Processors worked for 2 years to create the design for the rover and the original design was finalized in November of 2020.
Over the course of the next year and a half, a prototype was built from the ground up and delivered to the Celestial Body Research Division Offices at the Shazbotdom Imperial Space Administration Main Office Compound in the City of Joliet. It was put through intensive testing until the prototype rover was approved in December of 2022.
With the building of the rover, a delivery system was built for Terrestrial landings, such as Mars and Venus, via the launch of a Stage 2 Block 3 Theta-class Booster that can be quickly modified for such launches and the Stage 2 Block 6 Rho-class Booster to land on non-Terrestrial bodies such as Moons.
